General Manager - Ian Hamilton

Ian worked his way up the ladder from his 6 year spell at Oceana Kingston, and moved across town in September 2009 to re-open the Hippodrome for a new challenge.

Operational Manager Retail - Emilio Filopei

Emilio started his career in this industry in January 2005 when this club was previously called The Works. Emilio then transferred to Oceana Kingston for two years to further extend his knowledge and skills and recently transferred back to The Hippodrome in June 2010. 

Senior Crew Leader - Robert Malecki

Robert was transferred and promoted here from Oceana Kingston at the end of June 2010, where he spent 4 years as a supervisor mastering bar standards and maintaining high levels of service.
